Amicable settlement of disputes and consumer mediation
The Customer is informed by the Hotel the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution, under the conditions provided for in Title 1 of Book VI of the Consumer Code. After contacting the Hotel to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or no response within sixty (60) days from the referral, the Client may contact the Mediator proposed by the Hotel, namely MTV.
